Trinity Packaging Supply Makes Fast Company’s Brands That Matter List
Fast Company announced today that Trinity Packaging Supply made its third annual Brands That Matter list, which honors brands that communicate and demonstrate brand purpose.
Out of thousands of applicants, only 165 brands have been acknowledged on the final list, celebrating their exceptional ability to establish cultural significance and create a meaningful impact through compelling branding and community engagement efforts.
"It's very humbling to be honored as one of Fast Company's Brands That Matter," said Anthony Magaraci, Trinity Packaging Supply's founder and CEO. "At Trinity, our brand's purpose is the driving force behind everything we do. This award confirms our commitment to adding value and positively impacting our customers and our community."
About the Brands That Matter Award
Honorees recognized by Brands That Matter do so much more than repeat their corporate vision statements; their authentic branding effectively conveys their mission and principles, and their cultural influence and active involvement in society have earned them relevance.
Each of the 165 brands on the list has demonstrated a remarkable talent for establishing emotional bonds with customers, whether by taking the lead in environmental and pop culture matters, engaging effectively with B2B clients, or responding thoughtfully to contemporary events.
“The scale and scope of honorees this year is incredible,” said Brendan Vaughan, Fast Company’s editor-in-chief. “At first glance, there might not be much in common between brands like M&M’s, Dungeons & Dragons, and health-tech platform WellTheory, but the thread that binds them is a commitment and purpose as a brand and relevance to their audience, whether that’s through fun, games, or healthcare.”
Why Trinity is a Brand That Matters
Trinity Packaging Supply has emerged as a thought leader and innovator in the packaging industry for our fun work culture, disruptive technology, and commitment to philanthropy and sustainability.
Our new e-commerce platform, www.trinity.global, offers packaging’s largest catalog of 80,000+ custom and stock products with next-day delivery and low pricing. Just as Airbnb and Uber changed the hospitality and transportation industries, this first-of-its-kind software is disrupting the $200 billion packaging industry.
Additionally, to compete with billion-dollar companies, Trinity uses a consultative approach with packaging experts who recommend more efficient products for each customer's needs, like converting them from conventional stretch wrap to high-performance stretch wrap. This approach helps customers find more cost-efficient, sustainable packaging solutions, has prevented over 400,000 pounds of plastic from ending up in oceans and landfills, and has led to sustained hyper-growth, where we have doubled revenue every two years.
Another facet that sets Trinity apart from other brands is our award-winning culture. We use social media and our YouTube video series, Steve’s Words of Wisdom, to prove that the packaging industry is fun, inclusive, and modern. We foster a spirit of innovation through our open work culture, where employees are encouraged to be their authentic selves. Not only has Trinity been named one of the Best Places to Work by Inc. Magazine four times, but we were also ranked 16th in culture on America's Most Innovative Companies 2023 list by Fortune.
